Good morning, dear readers. When I woke up this morning, I did not particularly feel excited to leap out of bed and start yet another day of the thrice-daily Fitness Regime. But when I got on the scales, the mood changed.
I weigh 140 pounds today, which is incredible to me in so many ways:
- I have busted through whatever weight loss plateau was holding me back.
- I have lost 30lbs! It’s a hell of a round number.
- Only 7lbs standing between me and my ideal weight of 133.
I excitedly went to the NHS BMI Calculator to see if my BMI had changed, which it has. I know some people think BMI is stupid. But it did me a favour today. I was so caught up in the excitement of reaching the 30lbs milestone that I failed to notice how fast the last 5lbs came off. As I compared the charts, it became apparent that they disappeared in four days. I have no explanation for this outside of the newly implemented fitness regime. Look at this:

Right, I must go. Time is getting on and I have to do yoga, then walk, then get on with some work. Upper body weights this evening.
I wish you a healthy day! More news soon.
